Part-Time Position

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Secretary/Administrative Assistant to join our team at  CJE Services, LLC. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to various departments within the company.


  • Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for management and staff.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for company personnel.
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and other accounting tasks.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
  • Uphold a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of the concrete industry or construction sector is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
